Men’s Ministry at West Hills Church
“Fostering Christ-like Leadership Through Fellowship, Study, and Service.”
In a world that often encourages men to be stoic and self-reliant, West Hills Church provides a counter-cultural narrative. Our Men’s Ministry is grounded in the biblical call to community, discipleship, and authentic leadership. We’re dedicated to equipping and encouraging men to become the leaders God intends—by first being committed followers of Christ.
Building a Community of Brotherly Love:
- Men’s Breakfast: Gather monthly for a time of nourishment for both body and soul. Enjoy hearty breakfasts while delving into devotional study and prayer, fostering relationships that go beyond the surface.
- Biblical Fellowship: Embrace the spirit of Romans 12:10 by joining men who value brotherly affection and mutual support. Our fellowship activities include watching games, playing sports, and partnering in service to meet the needs of our church and community.
- Leadership Training: For those seeking a deeper commitment, our leadership training offers weekly discipleship. This program is designed for men who desire to grow in their faith and build strong, accountable relationships with their peers.
Against the Grain of Culture:
We challenge the cultural norms with God’s wisdom: to bear one another’s burdens as taught in Galatians 6:2, and to trust in the Lord rather than our own understanding, as we learn from Proverbs 3:5. Our ministry guides men to lead with compassion, integrity, and dependence on God.
