Discipleship Groups at West Hills Church

At the core of West Hills Church is our commitment to disciple-making—a journey we take seriously and joyfully. Discipleship Groups (D-groups) are where the seeds of faith planted in larger gatherings are carefully tended in the fertile ground of a close-knit community.
The Heart of D-groups:
Intimacy and Growth
D-groups are gender-specific gatherings of 3-5 individuals, fostering an environment for personal sharing and spiritual sharpening that’s as sincere as it is deep.
Mentorship and Fellowship
Our groups vary—some are mentor-led, exemplifying the call of 1 Corinthians 11:1 to imitate Christ together; others focus on mutual edification, living out the wisdom of Proverbs 27:17, where we sharpen one another as iron sharpens iron.
Community and Mission
D-groups cultivate both internal fellowship amongst West Hillians, as well as outward engagement in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) to impact the world beyond our church walls.
